Bed linen fabrics classified as "twill print", "reactive print", "brushed print", "jacquard", and "silk cotton jacquard".

First of all, it should be stated that all 5 fabrics are twill fabrics, and the differences are as follows: 40-count twill printed fabric: Fabric width 2.3 meters, made by configuring dyes and printing on cotton cloth to produce various colors and patterns. It belongs to the traditional printing and dyeing process of weaving first and then dyeing. The colors are bright and the patterns are diverse. Pure cotton fabrics will have slight shrinkage, will not pill, and are not easy to fade. However, if the fabric color is darker, it may shed floating color during the first wash.

60-count reactive printed fabric: Fabric width 2.5 meters, belongs to high-grade combed cotton, weaving first and then dyeing process, using imported dyes, environmentally friendly printing and dyeing technology. The fabric color is brighter and purer, pure cotton fabric will have slight shrinkage, will not pill, and will not fade regardless of the depth of color.

60-count brushed printed fabric: Fabric width 2.5 meters, belongs to high-grade combed cotton. This fabric undergoes brushing treatment during post-processing, making the surface of the fabric present a certain velvet feel, improving the hand feel of the fabric. So what is brushing? Brushing, also known as flocking. The process of using a sanding roller (or belt) to grind a layer of short and dense fluff on the surface of the fabric is called flocking, also known as brushing. It can make warp and weft yarns produce fluff at the same time, and the fluff is short and dense. The velvet surface is flat, the hand feel is full and soft, rich in velvet feel, the luster is soft, and there is no extreme light. Brushed fabrics are fluffy, thick, and have good warmth retention, eliminating the coldness of other cotton fabrics when they first come into contact with the body at night. At the same time, it has the advantages of not pilling and not fading. The weight of a set of brushed four-piece set is twice that of an ordinary four-piece set.

60-count jacquard fabric: Jacquard fabric belongs to high-count and high-density fabric. The pattern is directly woven by the loom. It shows different parts of the pattern through different organizational forms. The jacquard fabric has a strong three-dimensional sense of pattern and rich pattern layers. Jacquard fabric has a soft hand feel and good gloss.

60-count silk cotton jacquard fabric: Currently, there are two types of silk cotton fabrics: one is the interweaving of silk thread and cotton yarn, and the other is the interweaving of viscose fiber and cotton yarn. The interweaving of silk and cotton yarn not only reflects the softness and smoothness of silk, but also reflects the closeness and comfort of cotton, organically combining the properties of cotton and silk, thereby improving the grade and quality of the fabric. The interweaving of viscose fiber and cotton yarn, the appearance of viscose is almost the same as the appearance effect of silk cotton, but it has a better hand feel, luster and breathability, making its application in fabrics more and more extensive.
